IT´S OK TO BE SLOW

It´s ok to be tired
It´s ok to look tired
It´s ok to be lost
It´s ok to be collapsed
It´s ok to have collapsed body
It´s ok to be chaotic
It´s ok to be confused
It´s ok to not know anything at all

The underlying feeling is ok

It´s ok to not be social
Its ok not reply phone calls
Its ok not reply emails
Its ok to just stop

It´s ok to not have a healthy body
It´s ok to be clumsy
It´s ok to be stiff
It´s ok to be silent
It´s ok to not be liked
It´s ok to sit down and eat with others and act a bit eccentric
It´s ok to not hold up your body
It´s ok to be collapsed if that is what you are
It´s ok to feel what you feel

It´s ok to have enough
It´s ok to want to much
It´s ok to be happy

It´s ok to wait with everything
It´s ok to not live up to anything
It´s ok to not improve
It´s ok to not be efficient
It´s ok to not be organized
It´s ok to not be stressed

It´s ok to be powerful

It´s ok to be messy
It´s ok to do better alone
It´s ok to not want disturbance or distraction
It´s ok to look for a place to rest

It´s ok that the hard places don’t seem to know how to melt
It´s ok that the collapsed part don’t know how to find strength

It´s ok that the tiredness creates a duality within
It´s ok with this thirst for more time
It´s ok to want to stop time
It´s ok to be thirsty
It´s ok to be slow
It´s ok to be very slow
It´s ok to let the breath has its own timing

It´s ok to not be at your best
It´s ok to just be
It´s ok to feel at ease

It´s ok to stand in the back
It´s ok to be around and not do much
It´s ok to just be ok
It´s ok to be shy
It´s ok to talk about it and not change anything
It´s ok to not have any future plans
It´s ok to have plans and forget about it
It´s ok to fail
It´s ok to fall

It´s ok to not know what eat
It´s ok to not have a plan
It´s ok to be impulsive
It´s ok to talk about intuition
